BIBIMBAP (hot stone/regular)

This traditional mixed rice presents a spiritual harmony of five-coloured healthy ingredients (Obangsaek) -carrot for red(fire), mushroom and sesame for black(water), spinach and zucchini for green(tree), radish for white(metal), bean sprouts and egg yolk for yellow(earth). Try a whole universe in a bowl. For the best aroma with warm temperature, we do recommend hot stone.
